Black Welded Wire Mesh
Black Welded Wire Mesh made by welding low – carbon steel wires together at their intersections. The welding process ensures a strong and stable structure. First, the steel wires are straightened and cut to the required lengths. Then, they are precisely arranged in a grid pattern and welded using resistance welding or other suitable welding techniques.
The name “black welded wire mesh” doesn’t refer to its black color, but rather to its “untreated” or “raw” state. It specifically refers to the metal wire (iron wire) not having undergone any surface treatment (such as galvanizing or painting). Therefore, when exposed to air, it will naturally oxidize and rust, resulting in a dark or black appearance.
