HDPE Sunshade Net Materials
●Polyethylene (PE): This is the most commonly used material for sunshade nets. PE sunshade nets are lightweight, durable, and resistant to UV radiation, moisture, and chemicals. They are relatively inexpensive and can be easily manufactured in different colors, densities, and sizes.
●Polypropylene (PP): PP sunshade nets also offer good strength and UV resistance. They are often used in applications where a higher level of durability is required, such as in large – scale agricultural or industrial settings. PP is known for its high melting point and chemical stability.
●Other materials: In some cases, sunshade nets may also be made from a combination of materials or from more specialized fibers, such as polyester, which can provide enhanced strength and colorfastness.
HDPE Sunshade Net Based on Shading Rate
○Low – shading rate nets (30% – 50%): These nets allow a relatively large amount of sunlight to pass through. They are suitable for applications where partial shading is required, such as in some flower nurseries or for providing a bit of shade in outdoor seating areas.
○Medium – shading rate nets (50% – 70%): Offer a moderate level of shading. They are commonly used in vegetable gardens, greenhouses, and for protecting young plants from excessive sunlight while still allowing enough light for photosynthesis.
○High – shading rate nets (70% – 95%): Provide a high degree of shading and are ideal for protecting sensitive plants, such as orchids or in areas where intense sunlight needs to be blocked completely, like in some high – temperature regions or for protecting livestock from the sun.
Sunshade Net Based on Color
○Black sunshade nets: Are very effective at absorbing and blocking sunlight. They are widely used in agricultural applications as they can significantly reduce the temperature under the net.
○Silver – coated or reflective sunshade nets: Reflect a large portion of the sunlight, rather than absorbing it. These nets are useful in situations where heat reduction is a priority, such as in some industrial storage areas or on the roofs of buildings.
